MPC9817SDR2 Overview

There is 3.3V voltage provided by the part. To run 225, we use the peak reflow temperature of this part. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs in this device. 3.465V is the maximum supply voltage (Vsup). Vsup should be kept above 3.135V for normaloperation. The clock's output frequency should not exceed 66MHz. Temperatures below 85°C are the only conditions in which it should be used. Clock program is recommended to work at a temperature above -40°C.
