This clock generator is embedded in the TQFP package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 240. 52 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. And basically, this clock generator is often classified as a kind of Clock Generators. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with CAN ALSO OPERATE AT 2.5V SUPPLY. To supply this clock PLL, a voltage higher than 3.465V is unacceptable. The lowest limit of supply voltage for this RF synthesizer is 3V.
