MPC9447FA Overview


It is package in LQFP case. It is packaged as a Bulk. In normal operation, 350MHz is the maximum value. A total of 32 terminations can be found in it. There is a cut smart buffer contained in Clock Drivers that is used for this purpose. At a minimum working temperature of -40°C, it maintains reliability. It is possible to achieve stable operation when the maximum operating temperature is set to 85°C. It belongs to the family of electronic gadgets known as 9447. In this case, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is set to 2.625V. In this clock divider, a logic IC with the value LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is used. In order to maintain normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be maintained above 2.375V. A supply of 2.5/3.3V volts is needed to power it. This output has 9 true outputs. It is also possible to obtain ALSO OPERATES AT 3.3V SUPPLY when using this gadget.
