MPC8379EVRALG Overview
Since the microprocessor is packed in BGA, shipping overseas is convenient. The total number of terminations is 689. Turning on and running the embedded microprocessor with a 1V voltage supply should be possible. A CPU operates at a frequency of 667MHz. Detailed functions for 689 pins can be found in the datasheets. For data transfer, there is 32b bandwidth available. Temperatures above 125°C should not be used with the microprocessor. There are many applications for this CPU, since it is Surface Mount mounted. CPU frequency should reach 667MHz. 1V is the core voltage of the CPU. Users should not supply the embedded microprocessor with voltages higher than 1.05V in normalcircumstances. CPU microprocessors should be fed with 950mV voltage.
