MP6001DN-LF Overview

As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. 200kHz~500kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 10V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to -0.5V volts. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 2A Switch, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 2A Switch. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 100V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 20V is provided. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 150V volts. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least -500mV volts. As a result, it is able to provide adjusting voltage regulator a maximum output voltage of 150V. DC-DC switching regulator with 6V supply voltage. Powered by a 1mA supply current, this DC-DC switching regulator operates on a DC-DC voltage.
