Members of the K22 product family are optimized for cost-sensitive applications that require low power consumption, USB connectivity, and floating-point unit processing efficiency. It has the full support and scalability of the Kinetis series. The product offers flash memory up to 1MB and static random access memory up to 128KB with high storage density and small package operation power consumption as low as 279MHz ? A / MHZ. The static power consumption is reduced to 5.1 ? A, the full state is maintained, and the wake-up time is 5 ?. Lowest static mode as low as 268 nA ·USB LS/FS OTG 2.0 with embedded 3.3V, 120mA LDO voltage regulator.
