The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 486-LFBGA, FCBGA, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tray. In the case of a 0.95V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. The maximum supply current is 1V. 16 I/Os are used by CPU programs to transfer data.
