MIC4724YMME Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. There is a switching frequency of 2MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Input voltage 3V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 1V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 3A. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 6V. As part of the MIC4724 series of regulators, the voltage regulators can be found.
