A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.1 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~18V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range 0°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MIC4420.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 6A.The basis of this system consists of 1 outputs.There is a maximum value of 150°C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures must not exceed 0°C.For operation, the supply voltage of 18V is the maximum value.4.5V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.
