MIC2183YM-TR Overview


In the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 2.9V~14V volts and has 2.9V~14V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C TA. It can switch at 200kHz 400kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. In addition to "MIC2183", there are other relevant dc to dc converter ics you can find. There are 16 pins on switching converter. DC regulator outputs 12V voltage based on test statistics. Voltage regulator dc to dc is designed to operate at 100 % duty cycle during power-ups and power-downs to ensure reliability. Because of DC switcher's Surface Mount, it is suitable for most prototype designs and applications. DC regulator440kHz has the maximum frequency. You should keep dc regulator at -40°C degrees or higher. There should be 85°C temperature above 85°C degrees Celsius when dc regulator runs.
