MIC2174-1YMM Overview


In the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Because of DC switcher's Surface Mount, it is suitable for most prototype designs and applications. DC regulator375kHz has the maximum frequency. A frequency of 300kHz is set for the switching controller. You should keep dc regulator at -40°C degrees or higher. There should be 125°C temperature above 125°C degrees Celsius when dc regulator runs. The dc to dc voltage regulator is from the Hyper Speed Control® series.
