Capsuled in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sThe supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.5V~28V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 600kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Power Good for efficient switching control. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics can be found by searching "MIC2165". To ensure the reliability under power-up and power-down, the maximum duty cycle of the voltage regulator dc to dc is set as 82 %. The max frequency of the pmic can reach 750kHz. DC regulator should be kept at a temperature of -40°C or higher. DC regulator should run at a temperature of 125°C more than 125°C degrees Celsius. It belongs to the Hyper Speed Control® series of dc to dc voltage regulator. This part's supplier dc dc controller package would be 10-MSOP-EP.
