This microprocessor has AC'97, CAN, I2C, I2S, MMC/SD/SDIO, PCIe, SAI, SPDIF, SPI, SSI, UART interfaces to serve you better. I/O is run at 1.8V 2.5V 2.8V 3.15V on this CPU. This is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Total terminations are 400. The maximum supply current is 1.5V. The external data bus width of this CPU is 32. 1000MHz is the clock frequency of the embedded microprocessor.
