MC9S12E128CFU Overview


Packaged in a QFP format, this MCU is available in a compact size. There are 60 I/Os on the Microcontroller. This is a MICROCONTROLLER uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC. During the manufacturing process, 80 terminations were applied to the IC chip. 16-bits are used in Microcontroller. The MCU chip's supply output is 2.5V volts. Currently, MCU chip has NO DMA channels. 128kB memory size belongs to the Chip part. In the case of 25MHz frequency operation, it can perform efficiently. There are YES PWM channels on the device. The chip has 80 pins. The clock has 1 timers/counters to keep track of the time. 80 pins are counted on this board. There is a FLASH memory feature on this equipment. With HCS12 core architecture, it offers high performance. A total of 60 programmable I/Os are available on this board. As a few examples, there are additional features like ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V OR 5V SUPPLY that are available in the software.
