Description


The MC9RS08KA1CSC is an 8-bit general-purpose microcontroller built around the CISC-based, incredibly compact, and the extremely effective RS08 CPU core. The device is made up of typical on-chip components, such as an analog comparator with full rail-to-rail supply operation, an 8-bit modulo timer, 63 bytes of internal RAM, and 2 kB of internal flash, and five keyboard interrupts.
