The 8-bit M68HC08 Family of low-cost, high-performance microcontrollers includes the MC68HC908QY4A. (MCUs). The upgraded M68HC08 central processing unit (CPU08) is used by all MCUs in the family, and a range of modules, memory sizes and kinds, and package options are available.
