MC68LC302PU20CT Overview

Shipping overseas is convenient since the embedded microprocessor is packed in LQFP. In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Bulk is used. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a SERIAL IO/COMMUNICATION CONTROLLER, LAN. In total, there are 100 terminations. In terms of architecture, it is a 32-Bit system.
