MC36196 Overview


To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages. Temperature -40°C should be set as the minimum operating temperature for PTC thermistors. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 85°C. It is possible for the PTC thermistors to operate at a voltage of 60V. The thermistors are rated for 60V voltage in the DC circuit. PTC thermistors should produce 990mW heat.
