MC34713EPR2, powered by SMARTMOS technology, is a type of highly integrated, space-efficient, low-cost, single synchronous buck switching regulator with integrated N-channel power MOSFETs. It is well suited for acting as a single power supply due to its highly efficient 5.0 A continuous output current capability, voltage tracking/sequencing ability, and tight output regulation. The MC34713EPR2 provides many control, supervisory, and protection functions to achieve easy implementation of complex designs.
