MC145170DT2R2 Overview


It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the TSSOP package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 240 when reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 4.5V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 185MHz. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 5.5V as a supply voltage. There should be a voltage supply above 2.7V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. In this IC, a 16-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. In this case, the product is an analog IC and can be classified as a PLL FREQUENCY SYNTHESIZER-electronic frequency generator.
