In order to save board space, digital switch is located in the 14-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width).Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.Digital switch ic uses a Surface Mount mounting method.the multiplexers uses an analog IC Bilateral, FET Switches.When the operating temperature is kept at -55°C~125°C, turn signal switch will not be susceptible to external factors.When operated with a 3V~18V supply voltage, digital controlled switch provides digital controlled switch's superior flexibility for designers.Multiplexers of the 4000B series can be used in a wide range of applications.The basic configuration includes 14 terminations.The base part number is 4066, which can also be used to find its logic switch related parts.The multiplexer's system is powered by 5V voltage.This turn signal switch has 14 component pins.As the end of conductors, it uses GULL WING.Dual is used as its supply type.With 14 pins, it is configured.In order to prevent unnecessary failures, it is recommended that the minimal supply voltage (Vsup) be kept at 3V.It is advisable to keep the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) at 18V so as to avoid some unnecessary failures.mux switch's normal operation requires the power supply of 5/15V.This multiplexer has 4 inputs.With a resistance of 280Ohm, it operates.The turn signal switch's circuit has 1 transmission channels.If the load is supplied with a voltage of 360nA, stability of the multiplexers can be maintained.
