MC100ES6039EGR2 Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape and Reel package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the SOIC package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As a result of this, we can find 20 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, LVDS is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. It provides a maximum frequency of 1GHz. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 3.8V to operate this time clock generator. It is a 20-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically. The clock PLL has 20 pins that are available. A frequency generator with 0°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. At a temperature of 85°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. Fundamentally, this is a kind of Clock Drivers clock PLL. As a result of this digital clock generator, there is a low timing skew at 0.08 ns max. Analog clock generator is configured with 4 pins that enable the high true output. Logic circuits that use LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER logic are composed of this analog clock generator.
