MC100E195FNG Overview


Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. Using the 28-LCC (J-Lead) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. The supply voltage of 4.2V~5.7V ensures reliable performance. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of 0°C~85°C. As a result, it is configured with 128 taps/steps. Terminals are located at QUAD. As a result, it is equipped with 28 terminations for unique configurations.
