MB85RC128PNF-G-JNE1 Overview

Embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case, memory ics is a single file. On the chip, there is an 128Kb 16K x 8 memory, which is the size of the chip's memory. There is a FRAM-format memory used in this device, which is the memory format used by mainstream devices. Featuring an extended operating temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA, this device allows it to be used in a variety of demanding applications. The device is capable of handling a supply voltage of 2.7V~3.6V volts. The recommended mounting type for memory ics is Surface Mount. A clock frequency rotation within 400kHz is used for the ic memory chip to rotate data. A 8-pin package containing this memory device is used to house this device. There is a note indicating that this memory chip operates at an 3.3V volt supply voltage. There must not be a minimum operating temperature of less than -40°C for this device. A temperature of no more than 85°C centigrade is recommended for the component to be operated, otherwise, damage might be inflicted on the component. Ideally, this part should be supplied with a voltage of at least 2.7V. An operating voltage of no more than 3.6V is required. A frequency of 400kHz is used to process the data on this memory chip. An 400kHz maximum frequency can be reached by the memory when running at its maximum frequency.
