MAX667ESA+T Description


MAX667ESA+T provided by Maxim Integrated is a type of +5V/programmable low-dropout linear voltage regulator. Power failure can be detected through a low-voltage detector and an imminent loss of output voltage regulation can be indicated through early-warning and low-dropout detectors. It is characterized by Dual Mode™ operation. In one mode, +5V is produced by internally trimmed feedback resistors. And in the other mode, the output may be varied from +1.3V to +16V by connecting two external resistors. It is well suited for applications requiring high output currents and/or low dropout voltages as well as applications requiring improved performance at higher temperatures.
