MAX5974DATE+T Overview


The switching controller fits in the 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. A 8.4V ~ 26V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C ~ 85°C (TA) dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 100kHz ~ 600kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Dead Time Control, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start which allows efficient switching control. Total pins of switching converter are 16. A - voltage of DC regulator was detected in the test statistics. If you start a project, note down the dc dc regulator's usual output current of 1 mA. It belongs to the dc to dc voltage regulator series *. Its supplier dc dc controller package is 16-TQFN (3x3).
