Included in package Tape & Reel (TR) is this file.The package is in the form of TO-253-4, TO-253AA.A mounting hole is provided for Surface Mount to mount this current regulator.Current regulator is recommended that the operating temperature not exceed -40°C~85°C.Voltages of 2.3V~5.5V can be input as input voltages in this module.In addition to the 4 termination, there are a number of terminations that are used, which are achieved by terminating a transmission line with a voltage regulator that matches the characteristic impedance of the line.MAX4794 family is associated with current regulator.In order to make this constant current work, it needs to be powered by 3.3VV.The output current of the 300mA feature allows it to be designed in a way that offers maximum design flexibility.The analog IC used by this power converter is called ANALOG CIRCUIT.There are several current regulations that are included in the Power Management Circuits part, which is part of the entire assembly.It is recommended that the supply voltage (Vsup) be greater than 2.3V.The maximum amount of supply current (Isup) required for it to operate reaches a value of 0.16mA.A 2.5/5V power supply is used to power the boost converter.
