MAX4447ESE+T Overview


In the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), class d amplifier is packaged.The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains class d amp, in order to reduce space consumption.It is a very good choice for Driver due to its high performance.Based on Surface Mount, audio power amplifier is mounted on the PCB.Due to the use of 1 circuits, audio ic has a greater degree of flexibility.Audio amp can be located by using MAX4447 as the base part number.There is 16 pin count on this board.There are 16 terminations on digital amplifier.Its -3db bandwidth is 430MHz.An electric current of 46mA is supplied to audio amplifier.As a result of the 5V supply voltage, high efficiency is possible.The mounting method used is Surface Mount.It is recommended to keep the operating temperature below 85°C.Temperatures of at least -40°C are recommended for working.As long as audio amplifier ic is used, 5V supply voltage will be provided.
