MAX4447ESE+ Overview


A Tube package contains class d amplifier.In order to save space, class d amp is included in the package 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width).This is a good choice for Driver because of audio amplifiers high performance.A Surface Mount method is used to mount audio power amplifier on the PCB.Using 1 circuits gives audio ic enhanced flexibility.The part has a base part number of MAX4447 for audio amp.There are 16 pins on audio digital amplifier.A 16 termination is present on digital amplifier.Its -3db bandwidth is 430MHz.There is 46mA current flowing through digital sound amp.Using 16 pins, amplifier ic is constructed.With a 5V supply voltage, high efficiency can be achieved.During normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should remain above 4.5V.An operating temperature of less than 85°C is recommended.The working temperature should be at least -40°C.A maximum supply voltage (Vsup) of 5.5V is set.
