This RF modulator operates at 1.5GHz~3GHz frequency.RF ICs with enhanced 36-WFQFN Exposed Pad packages are excellent with common characteristics.In the Tube package, this RF modulator is mounted.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 36-pin RF module.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.In order for it to function properly, the RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 292mA.
