MAX20003CATPA/V+ Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, there are 20 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 20-WQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Programmable (Fixed) output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. There is a switching frequency of 220kHz~2.2MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Input voltage 3.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 1V 3.3V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 3A. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 36V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. As a result of DC DC switching regulator's design, it is designed to provide an input voltage of 14V for the purposes of operation. As part of the MAX20003 series of regulators, the voltage regulators can be found. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 5V volts. On the basis of the maximum output voltage of 10V, adjusting voltage regulator can be operated easily. The switching DC-DC regulator belongs to the Automotive, AEC-Q100 family of electronic voltage regulator 12vs.
