MAX16993ATJF+ Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER, it is a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 3 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable (Programmable) output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 2.1MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 3.5V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V 3.3V 5V. Voltage can be produced at 3.95V volts by voltage regulator. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 32 pins. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 5V. A maximum output current of 3A A is available to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. On the basis of 3.95V's maximal output voltage, DC DC switching regulator can be operated easily. The maximum voltage of voltage regulator 12v DC DC switching regulator can produce is 3.95V, which is the highest available. An input voltage of 36V is used to operate this harley voltage regulator.
