There are 16 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. A Tube package is used to package the power management. In this PMIC, you can find 16-WQFN Exposed Pad functions for your reference. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 225. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Surface Mount mounts IC management.
