A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 8V~12.6V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting, Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MAX15013.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 2A.A high-side voltage can be set up to 175V (Bootstrap).This device supports a current output of 2A at the output.There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 470.6mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 3mA.
