An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.The Tube package houses this RF modulator.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.This RF module has 48 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 105°C.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -40°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the RF modulator's supply current in the 2.8mA range.
