M74HC14YTTR Overview


The part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Cut Tape (CT) is used. As a result, it works on the principle of Inverter. The part must have a voltage of 2V~6V in order to function properly. Operating temperature around -40°C~125°C extended.
