M685-02-AM-AQT Overview

In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the SMD/SMT package. It is a 6-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically. The clock PLL has 6 pins that are available. A frequency generator with 0°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. At a temperature of 85°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. In terms of the supply voltage, PLL clock can handle 3.3V volts. In this operation, a maximum current of 125mA is supplied to the clock generator.
