M4A5-64/32-12JNI Overview


64 macrocells exist, which are cells in a mobile phone network that are primarily composed of high-power towers, antennas, or masts.A 44-LCC (J-Lead) package contains the item.It is recommended to package the chip by Tube.During operation, the operating temperature is kept at -40°C~85°C TA to ensure its reliability.Mount the chip by Surface Mount.This type of FPGA is a part of the ispMACH® 4A series.Chips are programmed with 44 pins.There are related parts in M4A5-64.In digital circuits, there are 2500 gates, which act as a basic building block.If high efficiency is to be achieved, the supply voltage should be maintained at 5V.Data storage is performed using EEPROM.In this case, Surface Mount is used to mount the electronic component.The 44 pins are designed into the board.A voltage of 5.5V is the maximum supply voltage for this device.A minimum supply voltage of 4.5V is required for this device to operate.A total of 32programmable I/Os are available.Ideally, the maximal frequency should be lower than 182MHz Hz.
