Even at 70°C, this frequency synthesizer is possible to last with attenuated performance. RF synthesizers can handle voltages up to 3.3V. To supply this clock PLL, a voltage higher than 3.465V is unacceptable. The lowest limit of supply voltage for this RF synthesizer is 3.135V. This frequency synthesizer is an analog IC and can be classified as a PHASE LOCKED LOOP-device.
