M2020-11-625.0000 Overview


It is packaged using the Bulk method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the CLCC package is this Clock PLL. It contains a total of 36 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVTTL. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 625MHz. In this IC, a 36-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are a number of 36 pins that are available on the frequency synthesizers. There are 0°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 70°C with a reduced performance. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V that this analog clock generator can handle. As such, it is often referred to as a kind of PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits clock PLL. There is no point in supplying this frequency generator with a voltage higher than 3.465V. PLLs have a minimum supply voltage limit of 3.135V.
