In addition to having an impressive low-temperature performance, this clock device can perform -40°C operations simultaneously. This RF synthesizer can last with attenuated performance at 85°C. Clock PLL is capable of handling a voltage of 3.3V. In order to supply this clock PLL, a voltage greater than 3.465V is not acceptable. This RF synthesizer can operate at a voltage as low as 3.135V.
