M20001G-14 Overview

The electrical component comes in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Cut Tape (CT) is used. In Surface Mount, you'll find this switch device. In the multiplexer and demultiplexer, 2:1 represents the number of circuits. Operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA extended. In total, 16 terminations have occurred. When the electronic component is given a voltage of 3.3V, it should be turned on and run. On the other hand, analog switches can be constructed using SPDT switching circuits. Circuits number 2 make up this analogue multiplexer. A 15.5Ohm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. Analogue multiplexers require a 2.97V~3.63V voltage to drain from a single voltage supply.
