M1AGL250V5-FFG144 Overview


FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is the component of this type of FPGA. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.5V. Field Programmable Gate Arrays family FPGA part. The device has 97 outputs that are integrated into it. Total terminations are 144. Power is provided by a 1.5V battery that is included with the device. Usually, fpga semiconductor uses a 108MHz crystal. There are 6144 CLBs that make up the architecture of the system. For the building block, it incorporates 6144 logic cells that are used to make it work. Keeping this FPGA in check requires a supply voltage greater than 1.425V. 250000 equivalent gates are used to implement the design in the FPGA. There should be no temperature exceeding 70°C degrees Celsius during operation.
