M1020-11I155.5200 Overview


As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Bulk method. The CLCC package embeds this Clock PLL. As you can see, it consists of 36 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called LVTTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 155.52MHz maximum. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 36 bits. There are 36 pins that are available on the clock PLL. Featuring an impressive low-temperature operating performance and -40°C functions, this clock generator is sure to impress. With attenuated performance, this RF synthesizer can survive at 85°C. RF synthesizers can handle a voltage of 3.3V as the supply voltage. ATM/SONET/SDH SUPPORT CIRCUITTdigital clock generator with hitless switching, holdover, and jitter. Depending on the application, the frequency synthesizer can be used in SONET;SDH-direction.
