LTC4370CDE#PBF Overview

A voltage supply (Vsup) that is less than 2.9V should not be used for this part. There is a limit to the maximum supply voltage when Vsup reaches 18V. There should be a current flow in the supply line (Isup) under 2.8mA. With its voltage delivery capability at 12V, it is able to deliver voltage to the load.
