LTC4358IFE Overview


A 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad case is included. Packing the part in Tube cases is ideal. There is a Surface Mount-axis mounted on the part. An electric current of 9V~26.5V is applied to it. A minimum operating temperature of -40°C~85°C must not be reached by this component. Suitable for components connected in N+1 Power Supplies, High Availability. A N+1 ORing Controller device is categorized as such. There is a N-Channel type of FET. A 16 termination is available on the part. 16 pins are used in the design. In order to run the supply current for the part at 600?A. Voltage supply (Vsup) for this part should not be less than 9V. Upon reaching 26.5V, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is reached. It is possible for the chip to function when the output current is below 5A.
