For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Rail/Tube package. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C ~ 85°C (TA) when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 1MHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.625V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 1A output current. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature.
