A higher level of flexibility is provided by its SOT-23-6 package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 1.8V~5.5V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~85°C TA is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting.The configuration is based on 6 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number LTC1982.The board contains 6 pins for component connections.As an analog IC, it utilizes SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR.
