LT6657AHMS8-2.5#PBF Description
A precision voltage reference with extremely low drift and noise, the LT®6657 combines strong operational properties. This bandgap reference achieves 1.5ppm/°C drift with predictable temperature behavior and initial voltage precision of 0.1% with advanced curvature compensation. Moreover, it has very low temperature cycling hysteresis of 0.5ppmP-P noise.
A low dropout reference, the LT6657, can be powered from 50 mV to 40 V above the output voltage. The buffered output provides precise load regulation, low output impedance, and up to 10mA of output drive. The operation as a negative voltage reference can be done with the same accuracy as a positive reference thanks to the high sink current capabilities.
