There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 200kHz~2.25MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.3V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.197V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 2.5A output current of voltage regulator.
